1 million dollars is not rich.

Agreed, 1 mill doesn’t go as far as it use to.

But it still helps a lot.

Wouldn't even get you half way to retirement with a decent life style here.

Its enough to get a 3 bdrm in montana, a volvo suv, and reinvest 200k back into crypto/roth ira/stocks

If I ever get to that point, I'm going to buy a bunch of these condos on the beach here outright with cash, they're like 120k each. and rent for 1200 a month.
I get 7 of them, that's $8,400 a month for the rest of my life. Plus the raising property value on top of that due to it being on the beach in an up and coming area.

But that's goals. haha.

Paying cash would eliminate the mortgage thus maximizing profits
Summer months, they rent the condos for like 200 bucks a night. all the way to 2 grand a week depending on the time of summer.
