That's good. About 6 years ago, i was in my best shape of my life ^^ i could run (or jog, at least ^^) for 1+ hour straight. I want to get back to that state. 108 kg now, jogging only about 20% of the time now. I remember when i started again that long time ago, i started very harsly, running downhill and such .. my legs was aching for 2-3 weeks and i couldn't work out at all. So i'm starting slowly this time. I do swim a little bit as well.
