I'd advise looking for a stock with 3.5%+ dividend rate that is not too pricey/near its high so can have room to grow.
ford is looking nice right now but your about 2 years late to cash in on a 500% yield (was at 2$ a share) and now $10 with 2% dividend.

Ge is also decent, around 3%.
Verizon/at&t/j&j are all stable stocks with nice dividend return.

penny stocks are great if you can catch and sell at nice price quickly, don't get greedy though from pump and dumps.

If your looking to make money with low risk about the only suggestion I have is drugs. Buy in bulk for cheap, and sell in smaller quantities for greater profit.

Flipping real estate is where it's at if you have the funds. One of the residents I work for buys and flips property. He says sometimes he'll lowball the hell out of people when their house first hits the market, in hopes of them saying fuck it. Then depending on how that goes he'll re-enlist the property and sell it for some easy profit.... Or he'll upgrade/rebuild parts of the property for greater returns. 1 house alone last year brought him 100k
