ive enjoyed those kind of theaters much more. i dont need a full meal but a pizza or some chicken and a beer or two with a long movie is nice.

still too expensive. cant imagine doing that with a full family. kinda like a sporting event now its just too pricey and no value for the experience

There were theaters like that though historically that performed worse compared to your typical theaters. The local ones that I know that had this model went under pre corona

I personally loved going to the theater and I hope it’s not a thing of the past. Imma put my money where my heart is and buy some AMC tomorrow

I actually really like chicago, just stay north of wrigley. Milwaukee i been to a few times while traveling and it was nice. our friend snipa tipped me off to spotted cow years back, had a pint or two (or three!) during a layover and i still dig it
