tbh no one really gets it. XRP has been playing ball with the SEC for years now so yeah, seems like the bold. part of the problem maybe is they even played ball to begin with. some say ripple is “too centralized” but when they get an a-okay from the feds and get told haha never mind that doesnt really sit well.

maybe its behind the scenes stuff, as usual

Been following this one, nice xrp bounce from 0.26 to 0.37 overnight.

I'm totally out of Crypto at the moment. If I was not US based, would be trading like a mofo. Got a nasty gram from Binance a couple months back when they rolled out their US exchange, and now US gov is making a second push to thwart crypto using XRP as example.

Pivoting to real-estate next, was going to refresh my THOW, then try to sell it next season. Thinking all the people impacted from debt/high-housing cost may help me do a quick sale at reasonable price. Meanwhile, gonna track local real-estate and see how that reacts to the gov protections being lifted. I think the 'luxury' or mid-higher end homes in my area will free up inventory. The lower segments in my region are selling like hot cakes right now... so many first time home buyers with FOMO. Friend who doesn't make much got a quarter million dollar place, wife has no job. Weird.

I haven't checked stocks at all, was thinking to wait until the inauguration day dust settles, then make some moves.

Having verified US identity a couple years back before they re-wrote policy. They allow 'unverified' accounts with low volume limits, but you would still need a non-us phone number as part of the 2FA setup.

Small upside is at least Binance gives you warning, other exchanges have closed high value U.S accounts for violating ToS without warning/refunds. Oddly enough they only seem to enforce this when you’re making $$.

Decided to take some profit on my Btc before 26k.
