When somebody says "I made money" they don't mean "I took in money and then spent it all and added a bunch to my credit card debt".
Why would they pay a dividend if they are spending way more than they are bringing in? (Losing money). Why would you care that your shares are being diluted with more shares?
They're wasting money paying a dividend. Actually digging themselves a deeper hole.
Actually businesses do what you just said all the time. Making money and then borrowing more capital to grow their business, pretty common idea there.
The dividend shares will be locked up for months if not years(far more likely) before anything happens. Shareholders won’t be able to sell them until the company (INOQ) spins off. It’s not what you see right now, however there is an inked agreement between TPTW and INOQ that shareholders will be rewarded at a certain dividend date.

Based on forecasting the revenues of INOQ and share structures, the likely reward per 1 million shares of TPTW will be around $2-4k range
The fact is that TPTW has had multiple insane bull runs exceeding 3,000% gains and have given me great opportunities to sell and rebuy to lower DCA per share
If you don't believe it will happen again, that's fine I don't really care if you or SBD believe. I'll be perfectly content staying here as long as it takes for the next ride up
