Greetings from the Bitcoin rocket ship. We've just zoomed past the moon and are on our way to Mars.

tfw you told yourself buying 16k for a bit of a quick gainer was a stupid idea and you should feel dumb for thinking it.

Congrats on the BAM gains, been following it recently but didn’t know enough about it to pull the trigger.

Brookfield has been a staple in my portfolio since the dip in March.

BROOKFIELD INFRASTRUCTURE PARTNERS L P UNITS (+52.59%)
BROOKFIELD INFRASTRUCTURE CORP COM SUB VTG SHS CL A (+72.96%)

With these being most recent pick ups in the last month / week.
BROOKFIELD ASSET MANAGEMENT INC CLASS A LTD VTG SHS (+10.62%)
BROOKFIELD PROPERTY PARTNERS L P (+8.89%)
BROOKFIELD BUSINESS PARTNERS L P LIMITED PARTNERSHIP UNITS (+12.69%)

I typically don't make many trades under 20K unless I'm just adding to a current position, so it's been alright to say the least.

I feel stupid for only throwing a few k in bitcoin at 6500 when I should have leveraged the wife and baby. For a very long time, I was crypto skeptic but so many legitimate entities are starting to give BTC validity that it's hard to see how it implodes down again.

yup tell me about it. i grabbed like 3k$ from savings at 7kBTC and cashed out at 10kBTC.......... just wanted a quick gainer......

BTC short term trading is risky, but long dips and valleys is almost too easy. there are SO MANY chad thundercock "pro crypto trader" types that are day trading BTC to move the prices daily that this volatility is bound to stay. and good, thats how i make money off of it. they can keep trying to eeek out 1-3% per day on high and lows and i'll stick with an easy as fuck 30-40% gains on month long holds. i was the chad early on, was lucky to make 2-3% per week and it was far to mentally consuming. i got out, but most of those monster energy drinking kyles wont. again, good!

All in on Intuit and Games Workshop

Intuit is an interesting one. From the perspective of a CA recommending something to a small business, QB and related services are my top pick. Sage50 has become costly has miserable customer service. QB just also has better customization for reporting of departments / projects / segments etc.

I consistently promote Turbotax to anyone looking to do their taxes on their own.

To bad they couldnt take some of Wolters Kluwer market away, I think Taxprep is still the dominate tax preparation software for most firms. I could be wrong, iv been out of the scene for a while.

Intuit primarily serves the US which is their cash cow (doubt anyone uses TurboTax outside the US for example) but they have big growth potential worldwide in QuickBooks which I really rate, and I have used a lot of accounting software.

I am invested in Sage Group too but they cover more of the European market and aren't really improving their software much, which I just rate as solid and user-friendly. They are good at CRM and supporting their clients though (at least in the UK) which makes me like them, but I don't see them growing massively.

TurboTax is also very popular here in Canada on an individual level but our population is small relative to the US market.

I still use Sage50 for some companies I service due to having more experience with Sage50 and AccPacc / Sage300. I just hate it with a passion if i have to call customer support. You better believe their sales department picks up after one ring though.

Director of Finance for a group of companies currently.

I would much rather move into a COO position.
