2. 135 billion for small business
-the specific amount of money that has already been approved and rotting in treasury because of deadline legalities

3. 1200 for citizens
-already what’s dems want, and met with resistance by republicans saying only 400 or 600

All of these should be done with a snap of the finger tbh

Small business needs more PPE than what was already allotted tho

at some point Trump could just try eo this, under the guise of national emergency or whatever. it’s likely unconstitutional though but maybe congress would be forced to do it anyway
