Nope car sales are slow but the profit margins are much higher. So it has pretty much evened itself out for us in sales.
Yeah my goal is to keep working at the dealership and try to run the tech store on the side like you suggest. I am fully onboard with this being a risky move and not worth giving up my guarantee money on a hope.
So yeah I used to go to Yu-gi-oh tournaments and I am really good friends with the guy that owned the shop. He also had pokemon, magic, and super smash nights.
He had decided he wanted to sell the shop since he was having trouble getting sealed product since its so popular right now. I tried to actually buy it from him and was going to rent the shop beside the current one for the tech store.
Location was not ideal at all though it had a lot of mini family owned shops around and a lot of thru traffic. Also rent on the building was only 450 a month and it is by no means a bad area.
They also had doors connecting the 2 shops together so it would be kind of ideal. Also very cheap rent in case it did no work out, figured 5400 for a year was very very low risk.
Sadly though he refused to sell it to me and sold it to someone who already owned a shop similar to his but had access to manufactures for sealed product already ( better for the community).
