I currently have no positions atm but with these drops I’m starting to eyeball crypto pretty hard… I’m thinking eth … anyone buying now or do you guys think it hasn’t hit bottom yet

Dollar cost averaging is the best way to go. With how high the volatility is with cryptocurrency, it's definitely beneficial having it in your portfolio. I'd recommend probably BTC/ETH/BNB/ADA combination until you feel like going into more risk

agreed. more heavy on eth and bnb than btc imo, but a balanced blend is fine.

alts are always tricky, play the big boys if you’re looking for a streamlined approach

yes the concept of internet driven human free contracts that objectively operate automatically just SCREAMS bubble.

like im generally in the BTC is overvalued space, but eth has use cases coming out of its ass by comparison lol.

the entire argument for it's overvaluation is predicated on eth 2.0 upgrades never coming, even if they're under delivered upon it still drastically increases the value long term.

u should listen to Vitali on Lex Friedman's podcast, both episodes.

Vitali was amazing on Lex's podcast. Didn't know there was a second episode.
Lex's podcasts are so amazing and hugely underrated. Few people I know that are into podcasts simply refuse to do Lex's cos they find his voice annoying. I find it to be a weird ASMR chillest voice ever lol.

If I listened to people, I wouldn't buy €8000 worth of eth at $600-$750

It is a speculative bubble that has seen an immense influx of capital as a result of "We're all going to be rich!" retail traders for which the bill will inevitably come due.

I am bullish on the long-term prospects for Ethereum in a way that I am not bullish on Bitcoin, but I expect to see prices go a lot lower before they go a lot higher.

see, now this is a post that makes sense lol. sure, waiting for a lower bottom is prob a good call long term. ur first post read like u thought ETH mid-long term was overvalued at over 1k.

which i dont agree with, i think its been criminally undervalued at anything under 2500. these recent dips are insane. i still suspect there's a lot of fuckery around how deep this dip is personally.
