Turns out you can make like 30 an hour or more with minimal effort on saturdays. Drunk people tip well. At least thats the only reason I can think that somebody would order 40 nuggets and have them delivered 2 blocks and tip $15

If you have any practical skills you can make money doing things like mowing lawns, chainsaw work around the city people have odd jobs put an add in the local paper/online site/fb etc. Set your own hours pick and choose what you like. People value that because this generation is very shy to roll up their elbows and change a leaky pipe or swing a hammer.

I play hockey in a competitive senior league. The league isn’t very strong so it’s not hard on my body. From October to the end of February I play 2 games a weekend. It usually consumes 8 hours per weekend and I get paid $500 a game. A typical year has 25-35 games depending on how you perform in playoffs. This year I am going to try and negotiate for more money per game and some bonuses for winning playoff rounds and the league, maybe even a bonus for scoring points.

Unfortunately I'm not good or passionate enough in something to make money from a hobby. If I had a hobby I could make money from that I also enjoyed doing, I'd be all over it...I do envy the friends I have that make it look so easy

Doing a side hustle like ubereats isn't something I've ever considered as I'm comfortable money-wise and I am also quite lazy. Being a boring accountant is written into my future

same.

used to have some side money when I was super active in calisthenics by doing workout plans for guys in our park but that was like 6-7 years ago
and that was like €50 a week, but then again it was in my hometown in which you earn €600 a month so it was alright for a student
last time I ever earned any money outside work place

There's that old saying that the more shit you have the more your shit owns you. I try to not let that happen, I have accumulated things but I try to use my things as much as possible for enjoyment and typically that means my time off is used doing those things. I bleed money because of it. Quads, skidoos, gear it all takes money to keep things in working order but what's the point of making money at the end of the day if you're not beating the hell out of your body while you can.

If you can work it into your own hobby and still enjoy it I think that is the ultimate additional earnings. If people wanted to pay me to take them out on the land and set up their gear and make sure they don't die id enjoy that. Or if someone wanted to pay me to tag along in the gym while I am also doing my own workout id be okay with that.

Its Dec-Mar that i'd consider using my free time to generate more money now.
