I suggest you have a read on that, there's a huge drop in hashtag since this weekend because about 20% of the chinese machines went offline related to an electricity problem. Mybad I realised theres a few technical words but if you some reason you are tired of waiting theres a way to make the transaction go quicker by "bumping the fee" it cost more but you do not need to rely on the exchange
