It’s simply an identifier dude, referring to someone as white or black is not racist until there is context which makes it discriminatory or implying some kind of inferiority. Shaq probably has a lot of financial advisors, he refers to his closest and main advisor as Jewish and there is nothing derogatory about that in itself. He explains in one of his videos that when he first signed in the NBA he was bad at managing his money and talked to too many slick talking advisors who wanted to pitch “we can turn your 40 million deal into 200 million” and explicitly stated that the best decision of his young life was to choose a conservative financial advisor, who happens to be Jewish.
