Holy hell that's overvalued.

I don't even need to know the details of a government contract to see that a company can't go 10-15x over night and have it be a good valuation.

Potentially thousands of people bought it based on that info. How are you supposed to persecute them?

Not thousands but a chosen few bought it based on information which wasn't public before
