i bought something i could easily afford each time...location is super important to me and is rather important when making an investment

also the amount of time you want to spend on the house as well before selling


a thorough inspecting is super important too once youve found a property

You don’t use a check list you just look at everything and bring someone along that knows about houses

I’m so happy with my decision of a 1960s house rather than a 1940s house... for the same price range under 200k
