There is a property management company in Vegas you can lease through, using Bitcoins of course.

Bitcoins are deflationary, the change in value in comparison with the dollar is always going to be varied and random but the game of arbitrage between currencies like USD and BTC is time.

except theres nothing BTC can do that a credit card cant

no value in highly fluctuating currency that has no significant benefits with significant risks

I can buy [anything] online anonymously, launder money, purchase services under the table and send money across the globe within a few confirmations. Excluding the benefits I get from short-term speculation, there are many reasons to use BTC, I don't honestly care if you miss out on them.

so other than illegal ventures theres little advantages of BTC.

200$ per BTC doesnt sound inflated to you?

i did it from $110 and sold at $130, didnt think it'd go higher and it didn't until SR went down with millions of dollars worth of BTC shortening supply

e/ tulips were worth a fortune at one point because of the demand from the rich and it got to the point where everyone thought 'hey i'd be stupid NOT to buy tulip seeds' sold everything they had to buy some seeds, then one day no one wanted them anymore and people were just stuck with tulip seeds.

BTC is like that. it went $130 to $90 in 2 days then stayed at $110-$120 for a whole month. $200 is too high, esp now that SR is down and the feds are cracking down on people who buy lots of BTC

except my IRL money has been sitting in my savings account for years, gaining only a fraction of a percent of interest annually. Can't even keep up with inflation :(

bitcoins are looking more and more like a good investment everyday

Yes, bubble or not it is just another means for speculation. If it pops I can buy cheap BTC and if it stays high I can sell it for USD. Are you missing the potential here?

why dont you sink all your savings into lottery tickets? are you gonna miss the potential?

its $200 a share. you'd have more stability playing the stock market with that price

Lottery tickets are a lot more riskier.

It is $200 a share now, it was much less just a month or two earlier when I actually put USD into it.

Do the math.
