if i was confident to get 10x return, i'd get a loan. if i cant get a general loan, i'll sell the car and get a car loan for a used car.

Depends on the car.
It also depends on the public transportation where you live.
I live in Chicago so getting around without a car is no hassle at all.
I have a train station and bus stop both in walking distance from my house.
So yes, I would.
