the same goes for crude oil...
plastics, roads, fuel, lube, cleaners, glues, etc.

10% warn is cool and easy as fuck to get in a year, so is 20% but anything past 30 or 40% is pushing it

Real estate - business property, not residential.
Business property is a lot more low maintenance because the tenants run their businesses there so they have to keep it clean. You get to collect rent every month and if you need to sell your property you get all of your money back or more.

This is all I invest in and I technically don't have to work but like having a day-job.
