It depends on your education level, age and goals.

1. Meet with banker
2. Meet with accountant
3. Meet with lawyer
4. Meet with a Business broker
5. Pay off all debt except house
6. Fix cars and infrastructure
7. Open business with lawyer
8. Open bank account with banker
9. Put half the money in Bank account
10. Take other half and see how much of a business you can afford with the banker. don't pay more than 3.5X earnings. Get a 5 year loan.
11. BUY a business that you are interested in but do not have to run. You are an investor and have money and that is it. If you have to work their don't buy it.


DO NOT GET MARRIERED WITHOUT PRENUP. DO NOT MARRY 304'S. DO NOT GIVE MONEY AWAY UNLESS IT'S MONEY FROM YOUR BUSINESS.

If you have kids send the men to business school. They can buy the business from you later in life if they are good kids.
