You don't have a choice in some countries if you want to travel. For instance Canada. So yes it's quite easy to imagine.

And they are considered “unvaccinated” because they have only gotten 3 out of the 4 shots

there is no fear to have about the 6th dose, because it has been proven that it reduces the chance to get it if your 5th dose was outdated
concerning the 7th dose, it will help the 8th dose to be more effective
for the people using the long term holding strategy, dont panic, it has been proven by serious studies that people with 10 doses are more protected that people with only 9 doses.

prices of their stocks were affected by future vaccine production before vaccines rolled out but when they were planned.
gates bought somewhere in the neighbourhood of 50 mil USD worth of pfizer stocks in november 2019. that was probably the last train to profit by these companies

Many of the top countries in the world require it. Countries that significantly exceed the quality of life in the USA. Getting a vaccine is not even an inconvenience to live in these "shitholes".
