Probably the best Karth Leggings in the game. Base was +3/+3/+3/+3/+2 (one from perfect) and the energizement is a perfect triple speed roll with extremely low odds.

These held me at the 132 speed breakpoint (7 attack speed) until I finished reinforcing all my lvl 100 exos.
If I keep them, I'll be able to hit the 6 attack speed breakpoint but maybe 7 attack speed is good enough for me and you can go for the 6 attack speed breakpoint. Any offers?
