Lvl 89 monster to lvl 95 monster 5k life dif? omg. I did a Imbued Vecrotic Rifle but is level 70 and my fight level is 65. I hope that with this rifle i will can kill this monster cause with the krath gear i think that is impossible lol. What you did? some advice? Could kill this monster?

You need more speed pierce and armor, also a puncture 2 or 3

but how can i get this puncture? i dont found that. And how can i put it in the gear?

You can buy on market and you can add it to a rifle if it has at least one reinforcement slot available. It's a very rare drop otherwise

With a decent set of Karth gear and well-reinforced rifle, you should be able to kill 4-5 mammoth bats per action

If you're having trouble killing just one atm, you may want to post images of the pieces you're using and people may be able to suggest some tips to help you upgrade.

Need some energy reinforcements to add this gear and to put a imbued vecrotic rifle but for use it need level 70 atm i am in level 65.

Everything bryan said is true and when you upgrade your rifle use all your reinforcements on pierce ( save one for puncture )

Energizements and reinforcements are absolutely key. Make sure to focus on defense/10lvl on chest and speed on boots/legs. Reinforcements should be solely the +5s -- you will have to burn through a bunch of standard reinforcements per piece, but they will be really helpful. To give you an idea of what's possible with a budget T3 set:
