Full mind blast assassin with merc:
This build is a 10/10 for hc imo.
Very safe, tanky, versatile and fast. Can map in all tiers safe and fast and do t0 bossing safe.
Gear is not 100% done, there is room to improve, but some pieces are bis.
I'd say gear quality is about 8.5/10 and worth 25-35+ hrs easy.
