I just want to point out that while most of what is being posted is accepted as facts - most of the information being presented is still speculation.

That is exactly why accused parties have not been locked or banned from jsp. Nothing has been confirmed yet.

With that said... I saw a screenshot of one of the PD2 moderators saying something like 'its funny to watch jsp burn.' This is proof that they have malicious intentions against the website and not just this sub-forum.

However, if it does come to light that PD2 admin/mod team has been using this malicious scheme in order to 'protect their legit trade scene' then I will stop playing the mod simply out of principle.

If they are unable to provide means of trading that are better options than a third party website then they have to deal with the consequences. If they think they can scare and force people to use their methods then that is fucked up. I will not use a product created by people with this god complex.
