Ye it is free you just need a cd keys for normal d2 to install and play

I would assume they flag banned CDkeys? Not sure, I've been banned trading once but have used the same cdkey with a new IP/account for ages and no issues.

Your IP get shadow banned and cd keys too, you'll have to buy new cd keys and using a VPN to change your IP

they can and will ban you if found out idk how i got caught but they got me last season just tried logging in nd had the old ban lol
