It has amp on ‘attack’


Would act 3 merc proc this with an ‘attack’ or do they only cast?

Beast scepter, head hunter shield, +might armor = fana, amp, might


Right now running a5 merc w beast, so fana and might, but I could free up my ammy slot (atmas) if amp could proc.... which would let me add highlords and drop nos for razor... just need amp somewhere to break immunes


TL:DR :: can a3 mercy proc ‘on attack’?

They attack with their weapon super super rarely. So yes they can but it's not worth building them this way

Better off going reaper’s toll on an act 2 merc if you want amp.
