Would build a frost nova but never had one before.

Most players goes with max block even in sc, since you have to jump on monster packs. Few others going with e/s as well.

Not sure which is the best shield for max block as cold sorc, Gerke gives more dmg and requiers less points on dex, while storm has more DR.

Should I use storm and block+high dr for sc?

Should I use e/s and invest points on telek for sc?

If anyone has a link for a build would be great

asked a few guys on pd2's discord and seems like, E/S isnt really necessary for softcore, probably will go with max block and storm, without energy shield

not sure how I should spend the rest of my points, I could put them on tele for less dmg penalty or wramth for better mana regen
