Hey all, I know everyone there uses perfect items and stuff like that... but does anyone have a good tutorial on how to make those items or characters?

Go to A3, everything is free at the vendors. If you need to make rares just get the Zonfire Hero editor from Moddb. You can use the prefix/suffix pages on the Arreat Summit for reference- all items must be legit as they are checked at log in (you'll be dumped into the void if you messed up.)
