Hi I am building endgame gear for my fury druid and I have not decided which 2h weapons will be BIS in all terms

ETH TOMBREAVER, ETH6OS windhammer, or 6OS cramium basher

and how much ias do I need in total to reach max frames?

I want to try Windhammer now here is question

Assume I have 6 OS windhammer what will be best combination. 15/40ED jewels, OHM, or Shael runes.

My question is following in order to reach 3 frame how much ias is neccesary to have 90% 120? with windhammer

Also how many IAS in total wolf need for cremium basher to hit max frames with this weapon? like if socket it with 5X 15/ED jewels +ZOD will it be enough? total 95% ias on weapon....?
