I just had a ladder only item drop for me in D2 Single Player Offline Mode. Andy's Helm just dropped from a council member in hell meph runs with my hldin. First time that I have seen a ladder only item drop in single player.

Does that mean that I can also make ladder only runewords in single player offline mode? Could be a game changer for me cause I would love to make some spirit shields for my characters.

maybe new patch provide opportunity to find andys in offline mod?

ladder-only items can drop in single player. has been like this for a long time.

Ladder uniques can drop, you just can't make ladder-only runewords without mods.
