Has the base dmg of tstroke and it being eth or non-eth a big effect on the overall (skill) dmg? And what would be the best mod for tstroke, +1 skills or 20% ias and 120%ED (or even a mid rarity mod with up to 30% ias)? Same goes for amu like highlords, %ED or +1 skills corruption?

Depends on the skill you're using if you're dominantly lightning dmg then skills if you're dominantly physical dmg then Ed
