Im wondering to make a forti myself but i dont know if its worth it.
CoH is a bit too expensive rn so...

Dont do forti mate , its nerfed. Doesnt give chillig armor anymore and ed is reduced i think .
Coh is better option but if you cant do it now wait as Nate said and do lionheat.

What else armour could give you 200%Ed?
Coh only give half of that.
Forti also gives life.
Another option - get some nice +skills armour ( like Aldurs, arkaine or else) and make it 4soc. Put there Ed/stat/damage jewels.
Also pay attention to the Toothrow armour, it has 35% Deadly strike. Can be very interesting idea in some builds.
