i have a level 14 necro and have found about 6 small charms, nothing good +5 life, +1 strength level requirements are 5 yet they are still red in inventoryis there something special regarding charms in PD2 or is this a glitch?

ugh neverming i read the reddit post, they aren't active until they are on the bottom half of inventory
