just assume that the servers will be down about ~20% of the time

also always assume that the down time will always be during the most populated server times

absolutely not, but you don't have to wait 2 hours to make a game so there's that. I'd be willing to bet that's like 50% of the reason why so many people are playing it rather than vanilla
