I hope it's ok to post here in this section, I believe lot d2 fans gave a try to project d2 and hoping they can help me with this issue

after I installed project diablo I am getting this errormsg:

"The version of this file is not compatibile with the version of Windows you are running. Check your computer's system information to see whether you need an x86 (32bit) or x64 (64bit) version of the program, and then contact the software publisher."

yes I am using 32bit windows and I have no way to upgrade it coz my processor doesn't support that... any workaround pls?

ok, thx... yea, who cares if 2010... I never did any mods on d2 coz liked vanilla d2, how should I know this section exist? It's easy to miss some "features" on forum, take it easy, don't hit me too hard for this pls XD

I'm afraid any fix you might apply will be a breach of their TOS. Beyond that, support for x, y or z system is up to them and their binaries.
And then there's the logistics of applying your own fix if you don't care for their TOS. This isn't user-readable code, it's a binary file that you have to reverse and patch to change.

edit: That said, do they still sell x32 hardware? I thought anything purchased in the last 5-10 years was x64
Might just be a prompt to upgrade your setup.
