I have been thinking about the game for years now and i always came back to the same conclusion, i like the game but it feels too easy at somes point and unfinished. Sometimes lazy bad design

Of course it's good as it is but when you look at somes private servers we can improves alot.

After consideration now i want to creat my own server on d2r.
I've been working on balance for many things, qol, endgame etc..
(it won't be like Pd2 or poe i want to keep the game as it is mostly)

- But apart the theory part, i don't know how to code, the legislation, will blizzard F me for doing that kind of things ?
- And where to find peoples to build something like this ? because obviously alone it would be too much to handle
