Hey guys

I have an issue, and according to Blizzard it's some kind of restriction.

I haven't been able to login to my account for over a month. I'm aware that trying to login repeatedly might extend the restriction.

So.

1 I login, get a 2min long msg saying Pleaae Wait. And the masses is Wrong password.
2 I retry to login, and again 2min long msg saying Please Wait. And 2nd msg is You have been disconnected. Please reconnect.
3 when i try third time it lets me know to get a new pw by clicking acc settings.

I have tryed to wait over 74 hours to not login
I have tryes to enter acc from another IP
I have tryed to uninstall and reinstall the game
I have tryed to flush that thing that they guide us to

And none of this works.

I have heard that a ladder reset should do, but my characters or account could expire by then.

I also heard that login in once in a while will reset the 3 month expiration...

Can anyone help me here, or is there just no hope at all?

Whenever i had technical errors, i made a ticket at Blizzard support and politely (!!!!!!!!!!!!!) asked them what was going on and how to deal with it. usually got an answer one to few days later and we were able to solve the problem. if they dont reply, give them some time and after that ask if there are any news (again: politely)

since Blizzard runs the servers and stuff, i dont see away to get around customer support since no external source can help with login or server problems

I have lost 6 accounts because they did not allow me to enter the accounts due to an error. Many accounts, like mine, are forced to disappear. It is their fault. Besides, there is no solution. After 90 days without being able to enter, characters older than 15 years disappeared without further ado. They are not responsible. No matter how many tickets you send them, they do not care about that game, it is very sad. and more losing so many accounts that are gone.

Damn that's absurd! 6 accounts?? Did you try to login to them, but couldn't, like my issue? And when did this happen?

I have only seen 2 other players who had the same issue recently within a few months..

And true that blizzard don't give a dang about solving anything :((( so annoying

Back in September... that's when I went to play as always and couldn't get in. only the barbarian that I lost by hand 👈 bf and about 15 different characters all accounts did not exist and well now I'm in pd2 happy 😄
