Kid keeps trying to convince people I some how scammed him, which was never the case.

I see this as slander and a waste of time to deal with but I'm hoping this just get resolved quickly, also I don't deal with liers well (not sure who does) also I apologize if I was abit zealous in my choice of words

Being that it's a lie I normally ignore these sort of things but it's been 3+ years...

I was in-charge of hosting a tournament for lld many years back now, FG for the tournament was provided mostly by Topshe, scipi also donated some FG but mostly Topshe. There was some time before the tournament actually took place and before the tournament start, some contestants needed to prep and get gear - I was hosting and had the FG in my possession/control and managed it how I saw fit being the host (again this was days before the actual tournament would start) for the better good of the tournament- the transaction Topshe continues to lie about and over exaggerate over was dealt with promptly, but...because Topshe wasn't involved or communicated Topshe decided to immediately dressed the situation as a scam, I explained to Topshe the entire thing but even then because he wasn't in complete control of this situation it bothered Topshe and he took it upon himself to lie and tell everyone saying I scammed Topshe, I had things to-do that day/morning when he insisted I scammed, I tried explained to Topshe whatever FG he was complaining about he will get back as soon as I got details from a mod; Few hours later Topshe diluted the integrity of the tournament by straight lying to every one posting anything he could manipulate to benefit and strengthen his lie.

He managed to fool a lot of people but even then, the same people didn't completely believe Topshe; instead, I was just encouraged to return the FG which I was going to any way to start up another tournament which I did and had zero complication. This a type of person I believe that when thing don't go their way or how they see fit, they will overreact and do whatever it takes to get their way.

He continues to spread lies about me, I don't take likely to lies/liars and ask you(jsp/mods) to excuse my toxic behavior towards this person

I would start by saying that replying back in the same manner is also spam/flame, regardless of "who started it".
The best thing to do in a situation like this is to report the post and move on.

If it is via pm, block them via the block list.
If the behavior continues/becomes excessive, gather the links to the posts and PM them to the appropriate staff group handling that area of the site.

Responding back in the same fashion is never the answer and rarely results in a beneficial outcome.

Understood, I'm pass the theatrics and am searching for whoever I need to address this to, so that it's stops and thus no further provocation or need to ignore/report is necessary.

you scammed the tournament pot and you clearly admitted to scamming the pot in front of everyone.

most recently, you threatened me so there's no excuse for that. I will be getting moderators involved and your local police department if you instigate anything further.

The best (and only) place to deal with (potential) scam cases is our Scammer Accusations sub-forum. Victims are always encouraged to report their cases with the evidence they have to support it.
