There isn't a best realm but there is a variety:

Diablo 09 - Vanilla-like 1.09 server with QoL features.
Slash Diablo - Vanilla 1.13 server with QoL features.
Resurgence - 1.13 server with a variety of changes / PoE style.
Path of Diablo - Similar to the above.
Project Diablo 2 - Similar to the above.
Annihilus - Huge mod that is currently in development, changed so much its like a new game but still true to Diablo II.
Median XL - Total conversion.

... The list goes on!

i saw the site and it seems released and kinda dead and maybe im wrong ? it looks like a huge mod that almost nobody talks about o.o

The website isn't active but the discord server is. They have two versions, one in beta. This is the big one everybody is excited for.
