going to try to jewel craft some ias jewels that red potion is a potion of craft you buy from the npc. takes i arcane shard + jewel + rune now depending on what you want to roll on jewel would determine what rune to use i wanted +atr. so i used a lem rune

finished product but i must've forgot to s/s a jewel

there is also a 3rd party program tool you can get that will read your toons stats the atr. you see there are what my base stats are with out gear

you can also have a chance to upgrade item using a potion of luck which you buy from a npc

but.. its not guarantee

new rune in this mod. there are alot of them they also have greater runes which drop later in the game in. alse element runes that you cube that will drop later as well
