But I think you misunderstood my point, and also have given a good example of the relevance theory with your comment.
Like I say... This game is 20 years old and has flaws which are exploitable / not easy to fix given how old the coding is and how applications are becoming more advanced.
Yet people still argue about it like it's a suprise.. Yes it is frustrating for the fan boys, but unfortunately I don't think much will change on the Blizzard side anytime soon.
Hence why PD2 is another alternative.
Once a game starts having to go into private servers, that's a good indication that the game is almost at the end of it's life cycle.
Yes you can go back to a game for nostalgia purposes, but the problems will still exist...
