I used to use this word as a kid too. Its considered a hate crime so a ban seems pretty fitting. I would expect a similar punishment from uttering any hate crime phrases. Its considered a hate crime because it is dehumanizing to people that fit the criteria, dehumanizing anyone for any reason cannot be justified so learn from it and grow.
