Is PoD still alive?

I can vouch PD2 management has been poor. The game itself has been down more than up it feels like. Their communication is extremely vague, not good as one other poster had said. Saying “close to” and “very soon” and similar words to when the servers will be back up, often taking 48 hours or more from the first “very soon” was uttered. It’s hard to play a game when the servers crash all the time and the mods themselves take them down even more, all while having no trade site available, after announcing they were working on one over a week ago and they took down their existing one... and haven’t had an update since. No communication, no visibility, bad mods, bad server stability, and the list goes on. It hurts. I want it to be good.

All these mods will die and people will be back to vanilla. At least I can trade in the 21st century.

imo if they don't have consistent uptime by the end of the month, it'll stagnate and most active players will move on to something else

Theres over 5k people on at all times, nobody is going back to anything, its a game we play in our side time.

All the crying over it being down, its not down for days, and its for good reason.

Also, not really sure why everyone is so hyped for this mod, it’s literally a fucking copy/paste version of PoD with some tweaks.
