And I played the mod to 80 lvl sorceress. I say it pathetic but not for the same reason other people have - Server issues.

I don't mind those, happens with the biggest companies, whatever.

I gave it a shot, did not work out for me. Good early game items been nerfed (Spirit, stealth, leaf etc) but none others buffed. Sorceress has been nerfed but no other skills been buffed, or monsters been not nerfed equally.

In vanilla i added stealth+spirit+lore+ancients pledge on my sorceress, maxed out blizz and it's synenergies plus mastery, and i had 3.2k dmg. I don't say easily, but i was able to run andy and meph on hell.

On the other hand, in PD on my sork i maxed out blizz, synenergies, mastery, and with stealth spirit and etc i had 1.1k dmg.

And in vanilla the mastery removes like 100 res, in PD it's just 50. So basically blizz dmg is 1/4 what it's used to be.

I love the idea that we need teamplay for the dungeons, but let me run my mf runs in peace. I don't say i should clear pl8 baalrun with spirit and rhyme, but comeon, let me kill andarian in p1 lol.

I walked with a bunch of experienced d2 players, and in act 5 hell we got to the point that it was no longer fun, it was suffering.

Truth to be told they liked the mod and still playing, i believe two of us quit the mod and we both played sorceress. So what i wrote here represents my oppinion only, and i played only sork none other.

I could go on with why no re-stat if they hotfixing things in an hour, why no shared stash, but whatever.

They worked on it for several weeks, and I use the term "worked" loosely. In a nutshell, PD2 took the majority of its changes from other mods. There is VERY little in the mod they actually did.

Don't get me wrong, I hope they succeed, but they are not on track to do so.
