Skull Crusher is keeping Tree of Inifuss. He's basically a tree himself, and regular monster of this type is called "ent".

Saved Cain from Tristram

Killed Cain, got Wirt's Leg and picked up reward at Akara.
Akara's reward is quite good for early game tbh.
Wirt's Leg is useless right now, but I can open a Cow Level later, on Hell Difficulty. There are NO Cow Levels on Normal/Nightmare

Psionic Scream is a new skill I got, pretty much Barbarian's Howl from vanilla. Super useful.

Killed Countess and picked up few runes that allowed me to make runeword for my merc.
Runewords are more like....runes
EL in armor makes a REBEL runeword.
However, if you have 2-3-4-5-6 socket armor, and you want to make REBEL runeword in it, you have to make sure that rune goes in LAST, and all other slots are filled with jewels ^^
Obviosuly, same rule applies for all the runewords in all the bases.

Made another runeword for her, which boosted her insanely.
2nd screenshot is merc in action, casting Barrage. Pretty much clears whole screen at this stage of the game.

Tamoe Highlands has few Champion Packs, got rewarded with a fine shield.

Absolutely useless, but we are keeping ALL THE UNIQUES ! (explained in the next post)

There are no Antidote Potions at Akara, but as you can see, Poison Resistance is not really what you need vs Andy.
One of her main skills is Meteor, which casts bunch of Meteors outside the screen range. And yes, they hit like a truck.

Andy's reward was trash (Jawbone Cap unique), but we got a Catalyst
Tried to catch the explanation in s/s but in case it's not clear:

Any unique item + Catalyst in cube = 1 Arcane Shard
5 Arcane Shards in cube = Arcane Crystal

What are Arcane Crystals?
They are used for Crafting items, Creating Unique items, Upgrading items.
Game has ITEM TIERS. Tiers 1,2,3,4, Sacred (with uniques, also Super Sacred and Super Super Sacred which are rare as fuuuuuck)

2 Arcane Crystals + Any Magic item = Tiered Unique Item of the same type.
so yes, all the TIERED uniques can be created manually, but sacred+ cannot.

Tier 1 item + Crystal = Tier 2 item, up to Tier 4.


TL;DR
After you find 10 shitty unique items you don't need, game basically rewards you with an option to create a Unique item you want. This works only with Tiered (aka shitty) uniques, and recipe does not apply to end game items and their creation.

This looks really cool so far

Act 2 start means that there's time for a new merc. There's a basic of Act2 mercenaries below. I'm gonna go with Shapeshifter as he's a tanky front liner

Nice so far man.. I just started mine this morning got a hour in b4 work. I'll make a thread later im off this weekend so hopefully il get to play I started a shifter wolf druid planning on going cold dmg
