hell ya be a great belt now i just need to either put points into str or try to figure out how to get this bad boy on

lvl 3 halls of the dead kill the unique and this portal opens there is a wp to this place i just didnt bother to get it

ok so for me to wear that set belt i had to either use points and put it into str but my end goal is to be pure dex so i had to tweak my gear with mystic orb -req and -req jewels for my armor/helm/belt once i had enough -req on gear i still had some open sockets which i put the rah runes in (-fire resis rune) problem with that it made my armor and helm 120 lvl req so i just filled the open soc with random jewels once i hit 120 ill remove all jewles put the required -req jewels that allows me to wear gear then all other open socs ill put the rah runes in again
