Except there are already bots on pd2. Give it some more time and there will be more. Its a new mod, kinda, considering half thier content they took from other mods. I tried to like it, but the constant servers being pulled down due to "exploits" was getting old. On top of that, every single weekend they have been attacked. It will lose its freshness and most will come back to official.

the mod is pure garbage, and I have already described why in other threads, don't intend to repeat myself. Do your research. Its a high school project at best.

Agreed, Bnet is really bad compared to PD2. All the quality of life changes are great, and no bots, no hackers is a huge pro for this game. Diablo 2 is all about the itemisation, and when u dont have people running 100s of bots 24/7 to find gear, the game has a way better and more intricate balance.
