I follow senpai on twitch, and he had a dev stream yesterday. There were also changes to Dragon strike where it double procs charges when used.

I forgot, they also announced additional damage potions, a frost, and a lightning potion. They do enemy damage as well as -10% of the corresponding element for an undisclosed time he simply said "several seconds".
