So i had this game running in the background for far o long and tbh i dont care anymore about it ( My equipped gear is f.e like lvl 4000 and my current lvl is 10581 ) Also i've started to shut off my PC more often now so . . .

you're best off just converting it all into gold and then selling the gold. Can see the other topics buying gold.

go to market -> currency then just sell it all off.
convert all your wootz to relic wootz, then sell all of those off as well.
i don't think the maps will sell. everyone has boatloads of them and i doubt the effort will be worth the potential 10 fg.

Just to warn you, looks like you'll hit about 50 fg max for everything. Needed a bit more effort to make anything more.

Out of curiosity, how long did it take to level 10,000+?

I just made an account and the game looks interesting, especially because I may be able to have it up in the background at work

it depends if you xtrade in or not, and it depends if you get into big kingdom or not.
Another thing is that account level dont tell everything, last "breakpoint" is level 3500 when you can enter catacombs and you get that in like week(s) or something.

xtrade, crosstrade, like buying ingame currency with fg or with some other game currency
yes, it helps if you know someone from big kingdom, like if there is some of your friend. But don't go into best kingdom in the game because their taxes are too high for new players, high taxes benefit advanced players.
most kingdoms (kingdom=clan) have open spots so it should not be problem to get into them.
