It's pretty simple, you just go into any chat channel in the game and type:

/wire screenshot #b gold

where # is the number of billions you want to send me. Then you post here that you sent and how much you sent optionally including what your account name is.

Then I pay you the fg at my rate which is currently 2.5 fg per billion.
